I would love a new and fast way to do my hair for work, my hair is shoulder Length any ideas ?

What I do with my hair (it's about 2 inches longer than my shoulder) I twist sections up and run a flat iron over each section, wait for it to cool and then unravel the twists with my fingers and bam there's loose waves

I have honestly been leaving mine alone and just letting it dry. It is so hot this summer in nyc I really can't be bothered. I also like the side braid when it's hot out.

Any ideas ?
