Those of you who are taking thaws supplement are you only taking it after ovulation.

I was alway regular with 14 day lp but after I had my daughter (2 years ago)I have about 7 days if lutheal phase that is on 7/8 dpo I start to spott than maybe light bleeding than nothing than spotting again( for about 7 days) then I get my real period for about 4 days.

I started taking vitex and b50 comlex and also b6, but I am now on cycle day 8(cd 1 is when my real period starts) and my temp has not dropped enough my bbt this morning: 98.24

Last cycle bbt was about 97.7 before ovulation than after ovulation between 98.24 - 98.96 so my bbt is still high. Was wondering if it is because Of the vitex and b vitamin to much progesterone. So yes Those of you who are taking thaws supplement are you only taking it after ovulation. ?
