I've always had a moderate to heavy flow and bad pms but this week has been like that scene in the shining. I filled up a regular size tampon in like an hour, I was feeling dizzy and weak, I've been leaking through the super tampons (I wear a pad as backup thank God) I was changing the super after I leaked and this huuge clump came out like it was a half dollar size I was scared and started thinking irrationally like "did I just miscarry? am I even pregnant?" I bought super plus tampons and told my mom about it and she seemed a little worried. idk maybe I just have a heavy flow? am I right to be freaked out? I'm going to the gyno soon and planned parenthood Friday so hopefully I'll have some answers🤞🏾
