Please help I need advice..

I finally decided to test n it says I am.. are these test known to be wrong?

I been getting cramps ever since last month.

Nausea n all that.

On the 23 I spotted a drop of blood .. what could it mean now after it stop..

I had mis miscarriage in the pass..

I am going to try to get in but any advice please,??

I keep feeling like it’s showing up..

this cramps come n go but i gotten back pain too is that normal?

The nausea come n go it’s not like my first pregnancy..
