I used to be such a health freak until i got pregnant lol. I drank a total body detox drink from GNC not even thinking that it could be harmful but now i’m reading it is ! do you think me and baby will be ok. i’m 25 weeks

Detox drinks are trash and you should probably eliminate the thought that they equal “total health freak.” Drink some lemon water and eat whole foods if you want to “detox”. At least that way you know you’re actually putting healthy things in your body that you can absorb. 
I’m sure baby is just fine after one bottle, though.

I think one is ‘okay’ but they’re definitely not made for pregnant or nursing women. wouldn’t do it again
