Sudden Dizziness

Hi all... I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and I woke up this morning with sudden dizziness that doesn’t seem to be fading. Is this normal around his time? I feel like I’m walking leaning to the left. I also threw up this morning for only the 3rd time this pregnancy. Is it a sudden surge of hormones?
