3.5 weeks 
Bleeding 
Nothing on ultrasound 
Positive tests
Confused sad and lost hope

I am not a baby expert in anyway shape or form but that’s pretty early to see anything on ultrasound, my doctors office will not even see you until you’re at least eight weeks because they do not want to give you that unnecessary fear. I know it’s so hard to stay positive and in dark times but I wish you the best of luck.

you’re only 3.5 weeks? there won’t be anything visible on US till 6 weeks

There’s nothing to be seen that early on but maybe a sac... if your not bleeding heavy I wouldn’t stress to much and just pray you don’t miscarry.
