Tampons?!

Question

I’ve never used tampons and I am curious. Can you pee whilst having a tampon in or do you have to remove it before peeing? I have not mother figure so don’t really have anyone to ask ygm?

Tampons go in your vagina, urine comes out of your urethra .

Definitely. Peeing is no problem. Poo on the other hand, maybe it just me, I can’t poo with one in.

Yes you can tinkle with it in! After my second tinkle I usually remove and put a fresh one!

They are different holes so there is no issue with peeing. When I used tampons I had a heavier period so I had to change them when I had to pee anyway. Now I use a menstrual cup and only change it every 10-12 hours so it goes through a lot of bathroom breaks.

If you’re considering tampons, I’d suggest considering a menstrual cup instead. Better heath-wise and financially.
