Being confused

Hi ladies after misscarriage in dec. This is our 2nd mnth trying. My period is due on march 4th . Am on 10 dpo today. I have cramps since 6 dpo like dull, sharp ,mild on and off i hope they are implantation. Am still wondering whether they are period or implantation?

Pray for me this month would be my month.
