If you experienced breast soreness, how long did it last?

I’m 12 weeks today and they are just as sore if not more so than they were at 5 weeks and today I actually woke up with them throbbing I haven’t taken my sports bra off except to shower I’ve taken it off at night one night and that was a bad idea....

For me, mine were SUPER sore from week 4-9? And around week 10 they are still sore but not like SUPER sore like they were before. I’m currently 11 weeks + 3 days and they are still sore but I don’t really notice it much anymore.
