Can I feel when my egg is traveling?

Question

I’ve heard you can feel when your egg travels down the tube. Is it like a quick pinching feeling? I don’t get them very much but every once in a while I can feel it. 
We’re ttc and my period is due in 4 days..is this good sign?

You can feel ovulation cramps, yes. Some women do, some don’t. I do! It made me feel good to know I nailed ovulation. I used OPKs, BBT, and felt those twinges. And nothing was better than seeing my BFP after all that.

I’ve also felt it. I wouldn’t be discouraged by people’s comments that just simply say “no” just because they didn’t feel it doesn’t mean you can’t feel it

Same here..my period idls due 4th. I can't wait till then to take a test. Iam having mild ,sharp,dull cramps for 2-3 days on and off am wondering whether they are implantation or period.?
Any suggestion pls

I always get cramps after ovulation up until about 10dpo so maybe that’s what it is?
