5 days late and still BFN synthroid to blame?

So I’m 5 days late which I’ve been a 28 day person. I took a bunch of FRER and they’re all negative all with FMU. The only difference is 6 weeks ago I started synthroid because my TSH was kinda high and they said that could be why we weren’t conceiving. Anyone have any experience with synthroid making them skip periods? I want to go for a blood test but feel silly if all the other ones are still negative. I also asked the doctor if the synthroid could disrupt my cycle and they said no.. but as I’m reading online other women have experienced irregular cycles while on synthroid any thougts?
