Is my cycle ever going to come?

I miscarried on January 31st, i was 5w 4 days. I bleed for 6 days and now nothing.  No sign of AF, no cramps/bloating/ovulation pains...nothing...this was my first miscarriage so I have no clue what to expect...I just want my rainbow baby😢 any help/advice is appreciated!

I miscarried Jan. 18 and I’m still waiting. Called the doctor today and he wants me to wait a bit longer to see if it comes naturally. Feels like I’ll be waiting forever ⏰

I miscarried on Jan. 25th (bled for 6 days during miscarriage) and got my first period this past Sunday. My doctor said 4-6 weeks usually for the first period after the miscarriage. So for me it was right after 4 weeks.
