Always had belly hair, while sparse, they are coarse like pubic hair. Is this considered hirsutism or average body hair? I’ve obviously had kids hence the stretch marks but I got told without bloodwork and normal ultrasound that I have pcos. So naturally I’m examining all symptoms. All the black spots are just hair follicles but no thick hairs grow out of them. The hairs you see are all I have, but I do shave the “trail”
