How would you feel if your SO was texting his baby mother everyday?
Would you want to know if the conversation is about the child or children if he never told you what the conversation is about even when you ask?
Or would you leave it alone that's his business

Well my kids father and I txt every day pretty much 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s not throughout the day. It’s always when the kids get out of school asking to speak to them and if they need anything or arranging pick ups since he sees his kids 2 days out of the weekend sometime three and every other weekend. Sometimes he will txt to ask
Me something or I’ll text him if I need something for the kids. We been split up for 8 years. I’m married and he has a girlfriend. If you don’t trust him, no point being with a man with children babe.

Well I mean, assuming they share custody, they absolutely should text every day. If i were coparenting with my son's dad, I would want to know how my son is doing when I dont have him and he would want to know how hes doing when he doesnt have him. Its normal to text daily about the kids. If you dont trust hes talking about the kids, you shouldnt be with him. You gotta compromise with you get with a man with children. All men with children have a baby mama they gotta deal with, weather its civilly texting every day or fighting. Its a package deal

I don’t speak to mine unless necessary & since dh doesn’t like it, I always tell him every time I talk to them & what was said.

Tough call. I mean she is never going away, know that. This is why when I was single I wouldn’t date men with kids. It wasn’t for me, I didn’t want to always be double guessing convos and interactions. I give so much credit to others who can step up to the plate though!
