I just started my period it started off as spotting yesterday and turned into full blown period today. I use pads & tampons. I put in a super took it out less then an hr later to use the bathroom barley covered it, put in a regular one and took it out not even 2 hours later and it was soaked. I have to work tonight I have a little beauty bag filled with pads and tampons to get me through work. But I'm freaking out that I'm going to leak everywhere. I already took 2 midols for the cramps and there not helping. I normally have heavy day for the first 2 days. And then it lightens up until it stops. But for me to soak a regular in less then 3 hours is not that normal for me.... I normally get away with wearing a super through a whole 5.5 hour shift and have it almost soaked. If i sneeze the pain is way worse.
