Put an ice pack on the back of your neck/ shoulders.

If regular Tylenol doesn’t work use Tylenol PM. the regular kind doesn’t even touch my headaches but my OB told me the PM has something different and it’s amazing!

My dr. Said I could take exederine tension headache 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I have awful migraines so I have a backup emergency prescription in case the exederine and sleep do t work

It helps when I go see my chiropractor. I usually have so much tension in my shoulders and neck it causes me horrible headaches.

tylenol/any acetaminophen. NO IBUPROFEN!!
