I think I’m having a chemical

Okay so I tested on feb 26 and got a bfp with a FRER. I tested again today as I’ve been feeling a little crampy/ this weird tightening feeling and pressure and got a stark white negative test. Is there anything else that could be going on besides a chemical?! I haven’t bled yet
