The only early symptoms I had were sensitive breasts. I didn't have any morning sickness at all during my pregnancy and delivered a healthy boy after 41+3 weeks. I remember being worried that something was wrong in the beginning, but some women are fortunate enough to not feel nauseous. Some women also don't get morning sickness until the second trimester. Consider it a blessing. I was sicker than shit during my pregnancy. I had to be hospitalized and supplemented using IVs & meds.
