How much do your babies nap?

I’ve been trying to get my LO who is 7 weeks to take good naps during the day today because he’s still up every 2 hours over night and I read sleep breeds sleep so... fingers crossed. Lol 
How many naps does your baby take?

My schedule for my twins:
6:30am-wake/feed/up for day
7:20am-down for nap
10:20am-wake/feed/play
11:20am-down for nap
2:20pm-wake/feed/play
3:20-down for nap
6:20-wake/feed play
7:30-down for night
2:30am-wake for feed
6:30am-wake/feed/up for day 
My twins are 6 weeks adjusted age. They would sleep through the night if I let them but they’re still tiny so we are trying to bulk them up.

What is a nap 😫 some days it’s 20 minutes here and there and some days it’s a few hours in the am and the afternoon even though I try to stick to a schedule it doesn’t always work
