Has got IUD migrated??

So a few years ago my IUD migrated to my colon and ofcourse I had to have surgery to remove it.

Now we’ve been trying to almost a year and still no baby (#2 for us)

Anyone had anything similar happen?

I’m starting to wonder if that is causing me issues.. even tho my OB said it shouldn’t
