So I eventually got my positive test after 18 months trying! Got surprise early positive on test at cd 27 confirmed by hospital test and hcg in blood at 184. Brought back 48hrs later hcg only rose to 260. Got a call to come back in to early pregnancy unit for scan today at 4 weeks 6 days - scan showed nothing no sac or anything. Took hcg levels again awaiting result tomorrow morning. Stressing out that no sac is present. Midwife said they weren’t happy with first set of bloods and it’s more then likely this pregnancy will end in miscarriage. Hoping against hope that their wrong never wanted something so much 😓
