Constipated LO

Hey moms,

Can you all give me some tips on how to handle constipation with a 5 week old?? He drinks Similac advance formula mostly during the day, but at night I nurse him because it seems to soothe him more and sleep better. Has anyone ever given their lo breastmilk and formula? How did it affect them?
