Ok this post might cause a little tension so please no hate, just want some advice 🙏

I live in Israel, and I don't know how many of you know this but everyone gets drafted into the army at age 18. If you're a religious girl (like me) you can get special permission from the army to do national service instead. OR there is an option which I will be doing which is one year of national service (volunteer work) and then two years of army. So my question is, I want to be a combat medic which includes combat training and I've heard that the strenuous training can lead to infertility in women. Is this true? What are the chances? Is there anything you can do to counter this?
