I had the HSG test yesterday and I had intense cramping during the procedure, and some discomfortand mild cramping after. Today I have been mostly pain free other than the occassionally twinge. On my way home from work I had severe pain in my left side like a cramp that I usually get for ovulation. Would HSG, bring ovulation earlier? I noticed my temp spiked a bit over night but not much. I'm not supposed to BD for at least 2 days but I've been pain free and if this is ovulation then I'm gonna wanna BD tonight! What do you think?
