Ftm so not really sure what this is or could mean? Had a cervix check yesterday morning. I've had some spotting but nothing this much and it was all on toilet paper. It was thick blood before but this seems more like a clump that was so heavy it fell out almost? This was in the toilet about 1.5hrs ago then the second one was like 30 minutes ago. I've had increased intensity in my Braxton hicks to the point of being unable to breathe through really today in general. Regular discharge is more white or clear usually, but this looks kinda tan/yellow to me? So what do you think this is/what does it mean? How big even is the mucus plug in total?

I'm 37/3 today. I was told we're 1cm and 80% effaced yesterday and everyone keeps saying I'm very low now but I don't see a change personally if that means anything.
