Anyone else’s heart just race randomly ?! I’m not drinking any caffeine- but it feels like my heart races randomly and I get jittery ???

Yes and it causes me to get jittery right before I sleep. I get so paranoid that its a heart attack. 🤦🏼‍♀️😥
