Water intake??

How many of you are struggling to drink water?? I am help!!! How can you manage to drink your water this is a challenge for me......yet I can manage to drink a Sprite 🙄 I'm 14w3d baby#3

I bring a 40oz bottle with me to work every day and make myself drink the whole thing by the end of my work day. If I get tired or water, I drink decaf tea to get the water. You could also have watermelon I suppose. I wouldn’t really suggest flavored water since I think it can have a lot of sugar.

I’m struggling with this a lot. I’m developing kidney stones bc of it. It’s awful. Im drinking tea and lemonade to try and get more fluid. The dr recommend popsicles as well. It’s been very difficult.

I don't struggle which I think will be helpful to hear from someone who has it down! I have a huge 8 glass a day bottle I bought at Walmart and it helps me see how much I've had. I add lemon juice if I'm not in mood for water. Or herbal tea bag berry flavor to give it some taste!

Im 14 weeks and days and have really struggled to stay hydrated thanks to morning sickness. I started using electrolyte tablets (strawberry flavour my jam). Can have up to 30 tablets a day (!!) And they taste like cordial 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m drinking nearly a gallon a day! I’m sooo thirsty! But adding lemon or something that might make it more enjoyable could help. Maybe reward yourself with some sprite every 30oz of water. You might just be craving the carbonation. It’s hard to beat!

If you're not thirsty, you're probably getting enough water.
You get water in food you eat, so that "x glasses of water a day" thing is a little excessive for most people.

I have always been a water drinker. Couldn't tolerate it with my last pregnancy. Drank lemonade and forced my self to drink water. It would make my stomach feel bad and it didnt help with morning sickness. Drinking water on an empty stomach made things worse.
My 2nd pregnancy has been the same until I figured out that bottled water helped me a lot. My dr said the chlorine content in some filter water or tap was making my stomach much more sensitive. Tried many different brands of bottled water and found my match.
