False alarm stm

Woke up at 4am this morning because my contractions were killing me and they were absolutely contractions. I was induced with my first so I want to labor at home as long as possible with my second so I waited on calling and I'm glad! After an hour of extremely painful contractions at 3 to 5 apart - they stopped to the point where I was able to fall back asleep😑. I had my mom ready to meet me at the hospital to get my son and everything in the car because I was SO sure it was go time. Anybody else experience this severe of a false alarm?? And who went into labor again shortly after? So annoying! It's on today to get them going again!!
