Too much information!!!! Brown discharge?

Hi ladies I’m 8 weeks this is my second pregnancy. I am worried or am I worrying for nothing? I got brown discharge it’s super tiny and I hate using the bathroom. It’s only there when I wipe. No cramping but I feel anxiety each time I pee. Should I go to the dr? Besides that my pee is fine no blood just these when I wipe

A midwife I spoke to today said it's super common in the first trimester (I've been having the same). She said it can be the placenta growing into the uterus. Long as it isnt heavy and/or no pain try not to worry :)

Looks normal. Every once in a while I get a couple of brown strings, but that’s subsided and I’ll have a tiny bit of brown or pink once or twice a day at 7w. Look for bright red blood or clots.

This same thing happened to me my first pregnancy- all was good. It was just old blood from the last time I had sex or from my pap smear I had gotten at my first appointment.
