I desperately need to lose weight but I’m terrified of my skin becoming loose
I am 5’2” and 175 pounds. I want to be AT LEAST 140. But ideally 130 would be best. I want to eat healthy, work out, and do all that. I currently eat fast food daily. I eat like shit. I feel like shit. But I’m ready to change that. The only thing holding me back is the fear of dealing with loose skin from any weight loss. I don’t want that. I’d rather be fat and die prematurely than have loose skin. It’s just my biggest insecurity. I have the worst luck and I just know it will happen to me. Does anyone else have this fear or does anyone deal with loose skin? What do you do about it? I’ll never have enough money for surgery for the loose skin so I just don’t even want to get healthy because of this. I’ll take any advice. Please.
