Diet advice/recipe HELP!
So after almost 5 years of trying with nothing happening, I finally decided to see my doctor. She had me do an ultrasound, along with some blood work. Results strongly indicate that I may have PCOS (waiting on blood results to confirm) I am a whopping 5 feet tall and 188Ibs. (that was hard to admit). I've known for awhile that I've needed to make a complete lifestyle change and I think it coming from the Doc has really pushed me to make the leap towards starting my weight loss journey. I'm in desperate need of low carb/high protein recipes and advice! Share with me your favorite healthy meals, packed lunch ideas, fitness advice etc. Any good substitutions for typical meal ingredients? Help me ladies!!!!
