Please help me I’m scared.. Late period

Last month in January I was late by 12 days.. this mo I’m currently 4 days late.. I practice safe sex and two days ago I was experiencing cramps and boob pains but it comes and go.. I’m scared and I’m not really stressed too.. I’m never this late more than once in my life.. I’m 22. Thank you.
