I am 28 years old and have always had a very regular period and cycle. 3 days ago I started ovulating and weirdly started having major period cramps and watery cervical mucus. This is sooo abnormal for me! I typically only get light period cramps during my 2nd day of my period. And the last 3 days have been hell. Then out of no where today I started bleeding a lot but it’s not like a regular period feels. and I am at the height of my ovulation! My husband and I are NOT trying to get pregnant but we have not necessarily been responsible when it comes to being careful. I have not changed my diet or anything out of the normal except maybe experiencing more stress? Has anyone experienced anything like this?! I really hope I am not pregnant.
