What is the best postpartum belly binder for CONING ( d.s.) hernia

Soooooo I definitely have separation of the muscle (d.r.hernia) I'm thinking of wearing a belly binder after delivering but don't wanna spend toooo much money. Any thought on what would really work and hold me in.....

I’m getting the geopoetry one off amazon. It’s $20 so if I don’t like it then no buggy. The reviews are good. Something to remember, do not workout your abs until you have verified that they have closed again this can take 6-10w. During this time is when you use the belly binder which helps soooo much with back pain and support. I had one with my son and it helped so much until I could strengthen those muscles again.

I’ve actually heard that the binders aren’t great because they don’t allow you to activate the muscles you need to reduce the separation. Have you met with a physical therapist?
