Ovulation possible ?

If your hcg is down to 250 after miscarriage , is it still at all possible to ovulate ?

My OB said once HCG drops below about 100, a new follicle can start maturing, but most women won't actually ovulate and release the egg until HCG is below 20.

I was told it is Important to follow your level down to 0 and below before trying to be 100% sure your body cleared it all naturally on its own. That is what my doc did with both of my MC before she said I was clear to TTC.
