No tender breasts

I see many comments about women having tender and/or breasts as one of their first signs. I am 5 weeks and 2 days and still don't have either. No nausea either. Only signs are fatigue and frequent urination. Did anyone else not have these other frequent early signs? If so, when did they occur for you? My first ultrasound is Wednesday, and I've just been researching everything on my own since I found out a week ago from my blood results❤️
