Bleeding for 5 weeks straight. Advice?

I’ve been bleeding for 5 weeks, the green checks are all spotting. So maybe a total of three days with no blood. Most of my bleeding has been spotting, mainly brown with random spurts of red. Bleeding has just picked up the past couple days to a light/mediumish red flow with brown spotting in between. Never fills a regular tampon. I’m not able to go to the doctor for a while.

Do any of you ladies know a way to stop the bleeding? Any over the counter things to take? I’ll basically try anything at this point 😢 Thanks in advance!
