What is going on?

I was 8 days late for my period got 2 negatives up until day 8 then got a very very faint positive on a First Response Early Result. Then I started bleeding the same day, no cramps but light back cramping. Been bleeding for 4 days but not like a normal period. Now ive been sick since I started my period, fever, sore throat, nausea, aches, congestion, pretty much all the nasty stuff. Well I decided to keep testing bc things just seem off so i took another one on day 9 and it was very faint positive. Well a couple days later I decided to take another and its still faint positive with a blue dye. And my nipples look very prominent and darker. What is going on here? 🤔
