Need some advice?:(

So I’m currently 5 weeks and 2 days.

I was doing the dishes earlier and noticed really strong pains in my cervix. Kind of felt like lightning bolt pains or shooting pains. I walked slowly to the couch and had to slowly sit down because if I moved just a bit it would hurt my stomach. I eventually worked up the courage to go to the bathroom because I thought they were maybe poop pains. I sat on the toilet and wiped and to my surprise saw blood! It was a deeper darker red. Its their every time I wipe. I called my OB and she said she could see me tomorrow and that she wouldn’t advise to me to go to a hospital tonight. Is cramping and bleeding not a good sign ? I know it’s normal to spot during pregnancy but these cramps suck and their deep down by my vagina. I’ve been pregnant before and I’ve never felt this :(
