Can I drink tea?

I just found out I an pregnant and am 4 weeks along. I love to drink hot tea for breakfast but heard I should limit my intake. Can I have an 8 oz cup in the mornings??

I drink a 20oz cup of iced tea a day. They told me to cut back but said I wasn't having way too much either. I am 20 weeks.
