I had a d&c this morning due to a missed miscarriage. I was supposed to be 9 weeks 3 days but baby measured 7 weeks 5 days with no heartbeat. I received my sneak a peek results this evening by email. Although the baby stopped growing, I guess there was still enough DNA in my bloodstream from the baby to know the sex which was taken yesterday. I was right the whole time. I was pregnant with a baby boy. I’m glad that I know I was right, but it breaks my heart even more knowing there was still so much of the baby’s DNA left in me to tell, since the baby stopped growing 2 weeks ago. My heart hurts.
