Baby teething... and has diarrhea?

Anyone else dealing with teething yet? As a FTM I wasn't sure what to expect. The drooling made sense to me. SO much drool! But for the past few days my poor girl has had diarrhea.

I've read some theories that the excess saliva being swallowed can cause loose stools but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this yet? She doesn't seem dehydrated and she's been eating the same if not more than she typically does (EBF)

Is there anything I can do to help my sweet girl?
