She throws up a lot when she lays down so we put her in an incline but I noticed the boppy fits, is this okay? Or is it bad?

Please don't. This is so incredibly unsafe. A very slight incline is sometimes helpful for some babies but it can be done in safer ways. Putting something under the feet of the bed to raise it is really the safest way.

I of course agree with the others this isn’t safe, but instead of just saying that I want to mention to please talk to her doctor. If she throws up a lot laying flat she could have acid reflux and a change in formula (if she’s formula fed) or a medication could help that, and ask them exactly what they recommend for safe sleep positions when dealing with this issue with your precious baby! Good luck, I know it’s gotta be difficult wanting your baby to sleep safely, and you have to worry about them possibly choking on their own throw up.

Bobby through the day is fine as your watching her, but at night time I wouldn’t risk it.. babies needs to be laying flat in when in a crib on a incline is fine tho. I’ve got a chicco next to me crib and I’ve incline that when my little girl was poorly with a cold.. we used bobby pillow through the day downstairs as I can see her at all times.. look into wedges they fit under crib sheets but have nothing around the sides where baby can come to harm..

My son had bad reflux, we used a folded up towel under the top half of bassinet mattress to create a small incline (5-10cm) and that seemed to be enough to help. We also used to keep him somewhat upright after feeds 15min or so, which is annoying in the middle of the night but helped a lot.

Looks dangerous unless supervised. Even so, Boppy does not recommend placing the baby like that.
