Which day is cycle day one?

Af was due 22/02 but nothing came. On 26/02 & 27/02 I had light spotting a couple of times through the day but nothing at all yesterday (28/02). Today I have woke up and I think AF has started properly. So would 26/02 or 01/03 be classed as CD1?
