CD 13 and this showed up today. Have I already potentially ovulated??

The only time I get creamy cm like that is when I’m just about to find out I’m pregnant. 6 kids and it has never failed me. Do you normally get this type of cm and are you sure of your cycle days?

Not necessarily. This could be that creamy, lotiony CM that could come before you get the watery cm or ewcm that usually signifies approaching ovulation. Keep monitoring. Best of luck!
