PCOS - help & support

Hi,

I have PCOS however I ovulate every month, which I track with the ClearBlue Advanced Fertility Monitor. My question is:

If I ovulate every month, are there are other factors in my way to become pregnant or is non ovulation the biggest problem with PCOS.
