Would you ever tell a woman that their boyfriend cheated or has cheated on them with you? I feel like I need to tell this woman that her bf , cheated on her with me. I’m pretty sure that’s what went down. I’m single but he wasn’t apparently. Should I do it or just keep my cool? I

Assuming you didn’t know he was in a relationship then ya, I would tell her. 
If you did know and still cheated with him I would focus on fixing your own toxicity first

I’d rather the truth. It’d be nice to hear it from the boyfriend, but honestly I’d just be glad someone had the fucking morals to tell me. I’d tell someone, whether I knew them or not.

I was in a similar situation except he was married, NO ONE knew and I was completely floored when I found out. 
I did what I could to track his wife down and told her everything as soon as I could. I honestly felt so horrible and felt she deserved to know.

For a wife, yes. He broke vows and she has a right to know.
For a girlfriend... if I knew her, yes... but if she was a total stranger to me I wouldn’t go out of my way to hunt her down and contact her. I don’t need to seek out that drama, and their level of commitment is between them.
In college I had a casual fling with a guy that ended the moment I found out he had a long term long distance girlfriend. I wasn’t going to give a guy who acted like that even an extra second of my time, which would include getting in communication with his girlfriend.
