Zoloft/Sertraline

I was diagnosed with GAD and a panic disorder back in October and I was wondering if anyone here has had a successful pregnancy while taking Zoloft? My OB said to keep taking it and we’ll discuss it at my first appointment (Monday). I just wanted to see if anyone on here has first hand experience :) it’s only one 25mg dose a day.
