5-HTP : does it help for depression, anxiety, insomnia?
Hey guys, I’ve been doing a lot of research on this supplement 5-HTP and I was wondering if you guys have taken it or if you’ve even heard of it.
It’s said to help with sleep cycles, depression/mood support, and anxiety in some cases? (And many more things)
As I did research I never found out much information regarding a good dosage to take and when exactly to take it.
I really want to know your guys experiences with this supplement, any input is very much appreciated as I myself am looking for a natural supplement to help my anxiety and sleep cycle!!
